Marking Violations:

Disc space:

15.B.3.a

It is a disc space violation if:

15.B.3.a.1

any part of the marker is less than one disc diameter away from the torso of the thrower; or

This rule was changed from the previous rulebook version

This rule was added from the previous rulebook version

This rule has updates in the next rulebook version

a line between any two points on the marker

14.B.3

Disc-space: If a line between any two points on the marker touches the thrower or is less than one disc diameter away from the torso or pivot of the thrower, it is a disc space violation. However, if this situation is caused solely by movement of the thrower, it is not a violation.
